摘要
在当今知识经济为背景下的时代,高校图书馆读者服务工作发生了根本性的变化,科学地预见其发展趋势及应对策略,能够有效地提升高校图书馆读者服务工作的质量和水平。从读者服务观念、服务内容与服务手段等方面探讨了知识经济背景下高校图书馆读者服务工作的发展趋势,指出当前知识经济背景下图书馆服务的重点将是个性化的咨询服务,并呈多元化的服务模式;分析了知识经济背景下高校图书馆读者服务工作的特点及对策,指出在知识经济背景下高校图书馆只有坚持"服务第一,读者至上"的原则,适应现代化技术的发展,详细了解读者需要,建立完善的读者服务体系,开展特色服务,改善图书馆工作人员的知识结构,才能在将来激烈的竞争中争得一席之地。
In the current background of intellectual economy,universities library reader service work has undergone a fundamental change,scientifically foreseen its development trend and strategy,and effectively promoted the service quality and work level of the universities libraries.This paper has discussed and analyzed that the development trend and strategy for university library reader service work.The paper has pointed out that university libraries should persist in the principle of "serves first,the reader is supreme",adapted modernization technology development,understood the reader's need,established a perfect reader service system,developed special services,improved the knowledge structure of library staff',in so doing,can the libraries be able to have a stand in future fierce competition.
