Classified Information Service of Reference Room in Network Age

工具书室作为图书馆的一个部门,由于其收藏的特殊性以及网络的冲击,它在图书馆的地位受到了前所未有的挑战,它的作用逐渐被人们忽视,基于这种情况,笔者提出了三点旨在提高工具书室地位以及文献利用率的方法,与大家共勉。

As one of the departments in library,reference room is being challenged and meantime its position is also being ignored because of its specialty in collection and the net affecting.Based on this situation,the paper has put forward three methods to raise the position of reference room and the efficiency to use it.
