Cultural Conflicts:A Key to Form Harmonious Doctor-patient Relationship

目前出现的医患关系问题,其实质就是医患文化的冲突。本文阐述了医患文化的概念,分析了出现医患文化冲突的原因,并从认知、情感、伦理、心理四个方面提出了跨越医患文化冲突,构建和谐医患关系的对策。

The essence of the problem about doctor-patient relationship is the doctor-patient culture conflicts at present. In this article the author introduced the definition of doctor-patient culture, analyzed the reasons of culture conflicts, and proposed measures to relax the culture conflicts and form harmonious doctor-patient relationship from four aspects ： cognition,sentiment,psychological and ethics.
