离退休干部是特殊历史条件下产生的特殊群体,他们有其生理、心理、社会及疾病特点。整体医疗实践要求干部病房的责任医师,不但要有精湛的全科医师素质,而且还须具备道德、文化、心理、法律、团队和管理等人文素养。
The aged cadre is a special crowd produced from the special historical condition, so they have special physiology, psychology, society and disease characteristic. The Comprehensive treatment requires the charge doctor in the cadre ward to have not only comprehensive service abilities, but also humanities quality.
