XML逐渐成为Internet上数据描述和交换的标准,已经贯穿于Internet应用的各个领域之中。如何准确地实现XML与关系模式的转换已经成为一个重要的研究课题。在分析、比较了DTD与Schema的优缺点,基于结构、约束保持及语义保持等方面对映射规则进行研究的基础上,提出一系列基于Schema的映射规则。

XML has grown to the standard of data description and data exchange on Internet, XML has penetrated virtually all fields of Internet application. How to transform XML document with relational rata model is an important research topic. The differences between XML DTD and XML scheme is compared, then thoroughly is discussed the mapping between XML Schema documents with relational rata model. The mapping of the data structure and the data integrity restriction Especially is especially discussed , and a series of mapping rules is put forward based on the XML schema.
