摘要
首先在UG建模模块中建立副车架的三维实体模型,然后应用其有限元分析模块进行了分析计算,得出了副车架在危险状态下的变形及应力分布规律,验证了强度与刚度要求,为该零件的结构设计与优化提供了依据。
The three-dimensional model of side carcase was built firstly. Then it made a finite element analysis of the side carcase. The deformation and stress distribution of the side carcase in dangerous state provided some references for improvement of the designment of side carcase.
