我国城市住区景观环境评价体系初探

Evaluation System of Residential Landscape Environment in Chinese City

如何评价和分析城市居住区的景观环境,在国内还是一个崭新的领域。结合我国城市住区景观建设特点,可从功能性、经济性、历史人文特征和景观维护四个方面进行分析评价:其中,功能性又分基础生存需求、审美度、社区感三方面内容。本文将"人——动物——植物"的共生互动关系作为住区景观评价的一个重点,并将住区生态性融入住区基础生存需求及社区感营造的功能作用,视良性生态环境为住区基础需求,将社区概念扩大至"人-动物-植物"的共享家园。据此,文中列出一系列住区景观评价标准和参照表格,对于开展城市居住区的景观分析评价工作及我国城市住区景观评价体系的建立提出初步建议。

As a new area in China, combining with construction features of residential landscape, the evaluation and analysis of residential landscape could be from four aspects： function, economy, characteristics of history and customs and landscape protection. Among them, function can be divided into basic living demands, aesthetic degree, and community sense, This article makes the symbiotic interactive relationship among people, animals and plants a＇s an.Important point of residential landscape evaluafion, lets residential ecology merge into the functions of basic living demands and building community sense, takes benign ecological environment as the residential basic demand in order to extend the conception of residence to the harmonious homeland shared by people, animals and plants. As a result, this article puts forward a series of evaluation standards and reference tables, and proposes some primary suggestions for developing evaluation practices of residential landscape and building relative system.
