制革厂铬鞣废液直接循环利用及生产实用技术研究

用高分子聚酯PS药剂，能有效地除去铬鞣废液中可溶性油脂、蛋白质和其他杂质。处理后的铬鞣废液经调整后，直接用于鞣革。既节约比工原料，又减少了锃鞣废液对环境产生的污染，同时，不改变原生产工艺，成品革质量稳定，其主要指标符台QB1872／1873—93质量标准要求。

The soluble greases, proteins and impurities in used chrome liquor can be effectively eliminated with a high molecular polyester PS. The used chrome liquor, treated and adjusted, can be used directly in tanning process, and having advantages of saving chemicaIs, reducing chrome pollution,and in the meantime, the quality of 1eather are stable without changing productive processes,the main quality indexes of the leather are in conformity with the demands of Quality Standards QB 1872/1873 - 93.
