可达性的悖论与问题的解决——以天山天池风景名胜区为例

Location Contradiction and Solution——With Tianshan Tianchi Famous Scenic Sites as an Example

经济与社会的发展使我国各风景名胜区的交通条件得到了极大的改善,然而这种改善给风景资源的保护与利用带来了复杂的、有时是相悖的后果。某些时候,可达性条件的改善并没有带来预期的资源利用收益的增加,却带来了资源保护的巨大压力。通过对天山天池风景名胜区总体规划的总结和思考,探讨可达性变化给风景名胜区带来的变化现象及其原因,并提出规划设计中的对策,以期有助于解决风景资源保护和风景旅游发展的矛盾。

The condilion of lraffic to famous scenic area has been greally improved wilh lhe rapid developmenl of economy and society in China. However, lhe improvemenl also brings complicaled or even paradox consequences. Somelimes, lhe resull of this improvemenl is nol beneficial to lhe proleclion and ulilizalion of landscape resource. Through lhe sludy of lhe masler planning of Tianshan Tianchi Famous Scenic Area, lhe resulls and reasons broughl by lhe accessibility change are discussed. Accordingly, the contradiclion of the protedion of landscape resource and lhe developmenl of lourism could be resolved.
