创意产业以消费者的需求为导向,重在创造观念价值,具有很强的渗透力和广泛的融合性,能与各行各业相互融合,因此成为建设创新型城市的重要方面。发展文化创意产业重要的是要努力实现文化创意的产业化,构建以价值创新为核心的,把文化创意、技术、产品和市场有机结合起来的完善的价值系统。
Oriented by consumers' demand, creative industry stresses original ideas and has strong permeation and confluence ability. Being an important aspect of creative city development, creative culture needs to realize industrialization, and construct a creation-centered value system that incorporates culture, technology, product, and market.
