摘要
为应对将要到来的后工业时代和"非物质产品"需求的逐渐增加,长三角地区应抓住机遇,将创意产业作为城市多元经济中新兴发展的"一元",从生产总值和人口、各工业行业的比重变化和各行业的发展潜力、人才等方面进行比较分析,确定城市集群中每个层次的城市的定位,达到既协同又错位发展的效果,以提高城市和整个长三角的竞争力。同时,城市规划也应关注"创意阶层"需要的多元化空间形态,力求为他们打造理想家园。
Facing the arrival of post-industry era and increasing intangible product demand, the Yangtze Delta Region shall grip the opportunity of creative industry development as one of the major city industries, Analysis on production, population, ratio, potential, human resource shall be made to specify the orientation of creative industry in different cities and hence to achieve coordinate and disparate development and in general to improve the Yangtze Delta Region's competence, Planners shall study the multiple spatial demand of creative class and create an ideal space for them.
