本文从城市、居住环境、资源环境三方面入手,分析我国城市住宅区存在的问题,进而提出可持续的城市街区型住宅区理念,并结合实际工程案例对该理念进行深入解析。

This paper analyzes some problems existing in urban residence from three aspects -- the city,living environment and resources. It raises the concept of sustainable urban residential block to solve these problems, and then expounds the concept by referring to an applied case.
