对某热电厂煤粉锅炉水冷壁管破裂的原因进行了分析,破裂的主要原因为向火侧水冷壁管内壁垢下腐蚀。对管子内壁垢下腐蚀的机理进行了探讨,提出了处理及预防措施。

The reasons of water-cooled wall tube cracking of pulverized coal-fired boiler in a heat and power plant are analyzed. The main reason for cracking is the erosion under wall scale toward the fire side in water-cooled wall tube. The mechanism of erosion under wall scale in tube is discussed , and the treatment and preventive measures are put forward.
