地温测量与聚乙烯燃气管道压力折减系数 被引量:1

摘要 聚乙烯燃气管道的压力折减系数是重要的设计参数,取决于管道埋设周边地温。测量时间的选择应考虑极端最高地温滞后于最高气温,参照气象历史资料确定,采用开挖坑侧壁的测量方法可较好消除气温日变化对测量结果的影响。经实测,深圳地区深度为0.8m处极端最高地温为29.6℃,聚乙烯燃气管道的最大允许工作压力折减系数宜取0.9。 The pressure reduction coefficient of PE gas pipeline is an important design parameter,and depends on the soil temperature around the buried pipeline. The selection of measurement time should consider that the extreme maximum soil temperature lags behind the maximum air temperature, and be determined by reference to the meteorological history data. The measurement method used in side-wails of excavated pit can eliminate the influence of daily air temperature variation on the measurement result. It is proved by measurement that the extreme maximum soil temperature at depth of 0.8 m is 29.6℃ in Shenzhen region, thus, the reduction coefficient of the maximum allowable working pressure of PE gas pipeline should be 0.9.
