非小细胞肺癌患者外周血癌胚抗原和细胞角蛋白19表达与患者预后的关系

Relation between expression of mRNA in peripheral blood from patients with non-small cell lung cancer and prognosis of patients

目的探讨外周血中癌胚抗原（CEA）mRNA和细胞角蛋白19（CK19）mRNA表达与非小细胞肺癌（NSCLC）患者预后的关系。方法应用逆转录-聚合酶链反应技术检测了84例NSCLC患者外周血细胞中CEA mRNA和CK19 mRNA的表达。结果NSCLC患者外周血中CEA mRNA与CK19 mRNA的阳性表达率分别为70．23％（59／84）和67．9％（57／84）；NSCLC患者外周血中CEA与CK19的阳性表达率呈正相关（c=0．333）。CEA与CK19呈阴性表达的NSCLC患者，其生存例数显著性多于阳性组（P〈0．01～0．05）。接受化疗者CEA与CK19表达阳性者生存时间明显低于阴性表达者（P〈0．05）。结论NSCLC患者外周血中CEA与CK19的表达呈正相关，检测血液中CEA和CK19表达有助于客观评估NSCLC预后。

Objective To explore the relation between the expression of carcinoembryonic antigen（CEA） mRNA and cytokeratin 19 （CK19） mRNA in the peripheral blood from the patients with non-small cell lung cancer（NSCLC） and the prognosis of the patients. Methods Reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction（RT-PCR） was used to detect CEA mRNA and CK19 mRNA in the peripheral blood of 84 patients with NSCLC. Results The positive rates of CEA mRNA and CK19 mRNA for NSCLC patients were 70.23% （59/84） and 67.9 % （57/84） respectively, CEA and CK19 had positive correlation in the expression of lung cancer tissues（ c = 0. 333）. The survival time of NSCLC patients who had positive expression of CEA and CK19 was shorter than that of the negative expression of CEA and CK19 （P〈 0.01-0. 05）. Conclusion The detections of CEA mRNA and CK 19 mRNA in the peripheral blood are useful indexes in the objective estimate of the prognosis of NSCLC patients. CEA and CK19 have positive correlation in the expression of NSCLC,the detections of CEA and CK19 have scientific instructional action.
