仙甲汤对实验性前列腺增生大鼠前列腺组织FAS蛋白表达的影响 被引量:3

摘要 目的观察实验性前列腺增生大鼠前列腺组织FAS蛋白的表达及仙甲汤对其影响。方法90只大鼠随机分为正常组、对照组、癃闭舒组、仙甲汤低、中、高剂量组各15只,应用去势加丙酸睾酮注射法复制大鼠前列腺增生模型,采用免疫组织化学法检测大鼠前列腺组织FAS蛋白的表达。结果模型组大鼠前列腺组织FAS蛋白阳性表达率显著低于正常组(P<0.01),仙甲汤高剂量组与正常组比较无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论FAS蛋白表达减少导致前列腺细胞凋亡减少,是引起前列腺增生的重要因素之一,仙甲汤可通过调节FAS表达以抑制前列腺增生。 Objective It is to observe the expression of FAS in rats prostate exponent of benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH), and the influence of Xianjia prescription on them. Methods 90 SD male rats were randomly divided into normal group, control group, Longbishu group, Xianjia prescription low and mid and high dosage group. The BPH model was made by castrate and subcutaneous inject testosterone propionate for 30 days. The expression of FAS was detected by the method of immunohistochemistry. Results The expression of FAS in model prostate cells decreased greatly (P 〈 0.01 ), Xianjia prescription can regulate FAS( P 〉0.05 ). Conclusion The expression of FAS protein decrease can lead to the prostate cells apoptosis reduce; Xianjia prescription can regulate the expression of FAS to restrain benign prostatic hyperplasia.
