星状神经节封闭治疗Hunt综合征临床观察

Clinical observation on the block of stellate ganglion in the treatment of Hunt syndrome

目的:探讨应用星状神经节封闭疗法治疗Hunt综合征的疗效和疗程。方法:26例患者采用高压氧和应用血管扩张剂、皮质激素、抗病毒药,能量合剂治疗(对照组);另32例患者采用星状神经节封闭疗法,并结合高压氧治疗和血管扩张剂、皮质激素、抗病毒药,能量合剂的应用(治疗组),以改善内耳微循环及增加患耳局部血液供氧量。结果:对照组和治疗组的总有效率分别为77%和90.6%,治疗组较对照组在疗程上明显缩短。结论:经星状神经节封闭加常规治疗后治愈时间缩短,治愈率、总有效率明显提高,疗效可靠,可作为Hunt综合征的有效辅助治疗方法之一。

Objective：To study the curative effect and period of the treatment for Hunt syndrome with the application of stellate ganglion block therapy. Methods：26 cases received the therapy with hyperbaric oxygen, vasodilator, cortex hormone, anti-virus medicines and energy mixture （comparison group）;Another 32 cases received stellate ganglion block therapy with the combination of hyperbaric oxygen ,vasodilator, cortex hormone,anti-virus medicines and energy mixture （sealing group）, so as to improve inner ear microcirculation and increase the oxygen supply of the partial blood of affected ear.Results：The result showed that the efficiency of comparison group and sealing group was 77% and 90.6%, In comparison with the comparison group, the curative period of sealing group shortened obviously. Conclusion：With stellate ganglion block therapy and conventional treatment, cure time shortens, cure rate and total efficiency increases obviously,the curative effect is credible. It can be used as one of the valid assistant therapy to treat the Hunt syndrome.
