环氧化酶-2与胃癌
摘要
环氧化酶（COX）是花生四烯酸合成前列腺素（PGs）的限速酶，有两种亚型，即COX-1和COX-2，近来研究表明COX-2在消化系统肿瘤尤其是胃癌的发生发展、分化、转移等方面有重要作用。胃黏膜COX-2表达与幽门螺旋杆菌（Hp）感染有一定关系，COX-2特异性抑制剂有望成为肿瘤防治的一类新药。
