新型煤化工技术和产业的发展涉及煤炭、化工、石油、电力等多个工业领域,建设投资大,高新技术密集,开发需要考虑环境保护、煤炭和水资源有效利用等诸多因素。从煤炭资源量、质量、开采技术条件等方面考察,陕北侏罗纪煤田是进行煤炭转化,发展煤化工的有利区域;从毛乌素沙漠脆弱的生态环境和短缺的水资源环境出发,发展陕北煤化工园区需要全盘慎重考虑;从科学发展观出发,全面均衡和谐发展是发展煤化工的必由之路。

Northern shaanxi jurassic coalfield is a favorable region for developing coal chemical industry. However, the weakness of the ecological environment and shortage of water in muus desert requires giving careful consideration. In view of scientific development, the comprehensive balanced and harmonious ways must be taken for the coal chemical industry development.
