东北地区水土资源承载力区域差异及空间组合 被引量:6

摘要 水土资源承载力及其空间组合状况是水土资源优化配置及可持续利用的重要参考依据。分析东北地区水资源、耕地资源的总体态势,从市域尺度对该区36个地级行政单元的水资源承载力(WRCC)、耕地资源承载力(LRCC)进行了定量评价与分析,并根据各评价单元WRCC与LRCC的空间组合关系将东北地区划分为4种类型区,提出各类型区水资源及耕地资源可持续利用方向与调控途径。结果表明:东北地区WRCC、LRCC区域差异显著,空间组合存在"错位"现象,这种"错位"现象在北部及东部山区和松辽平原西部地区表现较为突出,其余地区二者空间组合的一致性尚好,其中松辽平原东部及三江平原地区水资源、耕地资源承载状况较好,东北沿海大部分地区水资源、耕地资源承载状况较差。图3,表3,参17。 Regional differences and spatial combination of water resources carrying capacity (WRCC) and land resources carrying capacity (LRCC) can be used as an important reference to the sustainable use and optimal allocation of water and land resources. The article analyses the overall situation of water and land resources of Northeast China, then the quantitative assessments are carried out respectively to evaluate WRCC and LRCC of 36 municipalities of Northeast China. Based on the results of assessments, the whole study area is divided into four different types according to the spatial combination of WRCC and LRCC and corresponding measures for different types of regions are proposed to promote the sustainable use of water and land resources. The spatial distribution of different types of regions reveals that WRCC and LRCC are not well matched and both have obviously regional differences. It is evident that the spatial combination of WRCC and LRCC is not so good especially in the north and east mountainous region and in the west of Songliao plain. The spatial combination of WRCC and LRCC in the rest parts of study area is better than above areas. Among these areas, WRCC and LRCC of Sanjiang plain and the east part of Songliao plain is relatively higher in Northeast China, most parts of the littoral of Northeast China have comparatively lower WRCC and LRCC.
