大安牛心套堡退化羊草(Aneurolepidium chinense)盐碱化草甸土壤脲酶活性的动态研究 被引量:2

摘要 2006年7-10月对大安牛心套堡退化羊草盐碱化草甸的土壤脲酶活性作了初步研究,结果表明:大安牛心套堡退化羊草盐碱化草甸上,土壤脲酶活性随月份变化和土壤的垂直深度的变化表现出不同的强度,并呈现出一定的规律性。在月份变化规律上反映出上层土壤脲酶活性的最高值出现在10月,达到64.05 NH3-Nmg/100g土·24h;最低值出现在9月,达到28.89 NH3-Nmg/100g土·24h;中层土壤脲酶活性的最高值出现在7月,达到18.89 NH3-Nmg/100g土·24h;最低值出现在9月达到6.55 NH3-Nmg/100g土·24h;底层土壤脲酶活性的最高值出现在7月,达到8.11 NH3-Nmg/100g土·24h;最低值出现在8月,为0 NH3-Nmg/100g土·24h。在土壤垂直深度的变化规律上反映出上层土壤脲酶活性至下层土壤脲酶活性逐渐下降。图4,参15。 We carried out a series of studies on the soil urease activity of the salinized meadow with degenerative Aneurolepidium Chinense in Daan Niuxintaobao during July to October in 2006. The results show that: soil urease activity displays different intensity with month and the soil vertical depth, and presents the certain regularity. The rule of changing with month reflects that for the soil urease activity in the upper layer of soil, the maximum value is 64.05 (NH3 - Nmg/100g 土·24h) which appeares in October and the minimum value is 28.89 (NH3 - Nmg/100g 土·24h) which appeares in September. For the soil urease activity in the intermediate deck soil, the maximum value is 18.89(NH3 - Nmg/ 100g 土·24h) which appeares in July and the minimum value is 6.55(NH3 - Nmg/100g 土·24h) which appeares in September. For the soil urease activity in the subsoil, the maximum value is 8.11 (NH3 - Nmg/100g 土·24h) which appeares in July and the minimum value appeares in August.
