摘要
详细介绍了灰度共生矩阵的原理,讨论了帘子布的灰度共生矩阵像素点对方向、距离以及图像灰度等级对灰度共生矩阵的影响,确定了区分正常帘子布与带疵点帘子布的灰度共生矩阵的构造方法。对正常帘子布图像进行了纹理分析、特征参数统计,确定了正常帘子布像素方向、像素距离以及图像灰度等级。实验结果表明,按照上述规则生成的四个灰度共生矩阵的特征参数,能够准确地判断帘子布图像是否存在疵点。
The theory of GLCM is introduced particularly and the influence of building step, building direction and image grey level on parameters of GLCM is discussed in order to get a method of GLCM, which can identify fauhless fabric texture and the defects, Pixels direction, pixels interval and image gray level of fauhless cord fabric texture are ensured by GLCM, The resuh shows that the four parameters of GLCM building rules mentioned above describing fabric texture feature can judge defects from cord fabric image.
