摘要
通过对磨合机理及其影响因素的分析,以底特律16V--149TIB DDEC 发动机为例,进行了磨合规范的研究和探讨,给出了该机的磨合规范。长期使用结果表明,文中确定的磨合规范合理,不仅提高了柴油机的使用寿命,还为柴油机大修后的磨合试验提供了参考依据。
In this paper, running-in mechanism and its influencing factors on internal- combustion engine are analyzed at first. Then, by taking Detroit 16V-149TIB DDEC diesel as a example, its running-in regulations are discussed and appeared. The regulations are proved out in a long period of practice and the lives of diesels are prolonged, which provides a reference for running-in test of diesels after heavy repair.
