目的探求一种提高住院现病历质量的方法。方法如皋、如东、海安三家县级中医院进行住院现病历互查,并且采用A查B、B查C、C查A的"推磨评审法"。结果采用此方法两年来,相关医院住院现病历质量明显提高结论"推磨评审法"是提高住院现病历质量的一种有效方法。

Objective To search an effective way to promote the quality of case history of inpationt. Method To scrutinize the case history of the inpatient each ather in three county hospitals of traditional Chinese medicine in Rugao, Rudong and Haian. It is a way of “evaluation by turns”. That is A scrutinize B, B does C, and C does A in turn. Result Since it has been used for two years, there is an obvious promotion in case history of inpatient in the three related hospitals. Conclusion The way of “ evaluation by turns” is effective to promote the quality of case history of inpatient.
