Investigation and analysis of patient satisfaction in one hospital

通过不断改进问卷调查的方式和内容,了解病人对医院的真实需求。对收集的信息进行分析,发现随着人们生活水平的提高和医保政策的实施,病人对医院的服务需求发生变化,满意度与医疗硬件、病种、工作量、医患情感等有密切关系。

Hospital can realize the real requirements of patient by improving the investigation manner and content of questionnaire continuously. The results of information analysis indicated that patient satisfaction changed with the increase of living standard and the reform of hospitalization insurance policy. The emphases of patient＇s requirements have changed. There are significant correlations between patient satisfaction and medical equipment, disease category, workload and the affection between doctor and patient.
