摘要
通过对黑龙江省5市共10家社区卫生服务中心的工作流程分析,结合问卷调查及专家访谈,筛选出黑龙江省社区卫生服务中存在的风险因素,利用REASON模型,将筛选出的风险因素按病人因素、医务人员因素、工作环境因素、组织和管理因素、宏观背景因素五个方面进行分类,采用风险评价指数法确定各个风险因素的风险水平,然后针对各个水平下的风险因素提出控制措施,为加强社区卫生服务的风险管理提供参考。
Risk factors in community health service of Heilongjiang province were screened by analyzing the work flow among ten organizations in five cities and combined with questionnaire investigation and expert consult. The factors were classified into five aspects including patients, medical personnel, working circumstance, macro - background, organization and management factors. Then risk levels for each factor were defined by Risk Assessment Code and the control measures were established. This research was used for strengthening risk management and reducing risk in community health service.
