摘要
随着市场竞争机制的引入,大量外国资本进入中国医疗市场,其"人才本土化"战略,使公立医院受到冲击。作者通过对该院人才流失原因的分析,提出了相应的对策。
With the introduction of market competition mechanism, large amount of foreign capital enters the Chinese medical service market, their “local genins” strategy, causes the public hospital to be impacted. This paper analysed its reason and put forward some measures to sdve this problem.
