摘要
用链脲霉素诱导大鼠糖尿病模型,成模后7天内连续静脉注射大鼠树突状细胞单克隆抗体(WZDs)或隔日腹腔注射新鲜分离的大鼠树突状细胞(DC)3×15^5--2×10^6个,或用WZDs在补体存在的条件下体外预处理处理待移植的胰岛细胞,观察DC对移植胰岛细胞存活时间的影响和WZDs抗排斥反应的作用,通过检测受体大鼠血糖、尿糖及血清胰岛素水平,显示直接注射WZDs和接受经WZDs预处理胰岛细胞的受体。
Streptozotocin-induced diabetic model was established in rats. Seven days later, McAb to dentritic cell (WZDs), fresh separated dentritic cells (DC) and WZDs pretreated with islet cells were injected individually into the rat models to observe the effects of DC on the survival time of grafted islet cells and the roles of WZDs against rejection. The levels of blood sugar and serum insulin in the rats were determined every two days. The results showed that the concentrations of blood sugar was decreased and the level of serum insulin increased in the recipients receiving pretreated-islet and (or) given WZDs. It is indicated that DC is a potentially important component of transplantation and WZDs can prolong survival time of the allografts.
