摘要
结合多体动力学仿真及分析的理论,阐述了基于动力学虚拟样机技术的Pilger冷轧管机主传动系统的仿真研究方法。以ADAMS为平台,结合Pro/E中的三维实体模型,建立了某冷轧管机主传动系统动力学虚拟样机,并进行了仿真计算和结果分析。获得了考虑轧制力分布的该主传动系统的动力学特性,为Pilger冷轧管机的设计提供了参考。
Based on the theory of the simulation and analysis of muti-body dynamics virtual prototyping technology the simulation method of the main driving system of cold Pilger mill is discussed. Thedynamic virtual prototyping model of the main driving system of cold Pilger mill is established based on ADAMS and Pro/E, the simulation is carried out and the results are analyzed. The dynamic properties of the main driving system are resolved based on the different types of rolling force distribution, and references are provided for the design of cold Pilger mills.
