摘要
利用Matlab软件结合Excel软件解决磨削工件曲面面形加工误差问题的一个过程。整个过程描述了测头半径误差补偿方法,坐标的旋转变换,平移坐标系对齐,最后对误差原因进行了必要的分析。因为理论曲面为二次曲面,所以利用截面近点补偿法,方便快捷地对误差进行了补偿。
It exactly takes the advantage of software matlab,together with Microsoft software excel, to settle the surface shape error of grinded work-piece surface.The whole course describes the compensation of measuring spherical probe radius ,the coordinate rotation transform and coordinate system translation align. At last, the cause of error is simply but necessarily analyzed.Error c-aused by spherical radius is easily compeusated by close measuring points ,which are approximately considered in the same section, on account that the theoretical surface is quadratic. I use the section neighbor two points to compensate because the surface is quadratic and it easily do the compensation.
