摘要
电池极板的涂布效果检测是电池生产中的重要环节。利用步进电机、限位开关、同步带轮和自行开发的图像采集处理系统,研制出一种用于在线检测极板涂布效果的新型检测仪,实现了对极板涂布效果的往复检测和信息反馈,具有操作简单和易于维护等优点,为前期的生产工艺改进提供了参考依据,为电池的生产质量提供了保证。
Detecting of painting effect on battery board is the important step in battery production. By Stepping Motor, limited inching switch, synchro Belt and image acquisition system,a new type detecting apparatus on painting effect on board on online is developed and to-and-fro detection and information feedback on painting effect are achieved. The apparatus have the merit of simple operation and easy to maintenance, which provide the proof for early technique improvement and guarantee for quality of battery.
