摘要
虚拟制造是对真实产品制造的动态模拟,是一种在计算机上进行数字化制造而不消耗物理资源的模拟制造软件技术。它具有建模和仿真环境。在真实产品的制造活动之前,就能预测产品的功能以及制造系统状态,从而可以做出前瞻性的决策和优化实施方案。采用虚拟制造技术对纯氧顶吹转炉进行实体建模可以精确计算出纯氧顶吹转炉的动、静载荷。如转动力矩、转动惯量、合成重心位置等。
He virtual manufacturing is the dynamic imitating for the true product manufacturing, is a kind of imitating manufacturing software technique which don't consume physical resources to carry on numeric manufacturing on a computer. It sets up a modeing and imitating true environment.It can predict function and manufacturing system state of products before the manufacturing activity of true products. Thus, we can do a decision of prospect with excellent and turn an implement project.If adopting Virtual Manufacturing technique to steel-making converter, we cancompute accurately its mobile load and immobile load, such as rotational moment , rotational inertia and synthetical center of gravity etc.
