摘要
以椭圆轮廓曲线为例,介绍数控车削加工中,采用参数编程方法,粗、精车非圆曲线零件,并给出源程序,有效解决数控机床非圆曲线零件的加工,简化了此类零件加工程序的编制。
Take the ellipse outline curve as an example, It introduces roughing and finishing lathe the non- circular curve components in the numerical control turning processing, uses the parameter programming method and produces the source program.It effectively solves the problem of accurate machining of the part of non-circle curve in the NC turning.The method greatly simplifies the programming of the part maching program.
