摘要
为提高精密播种器的播种效率,研制了一种用于磁吸滚筒式精密播种器的自动控制系统。系统由数据采集模块、单片机控制模块、执行机构模块和人机接口模块组成。作业时可以实现数据的采集、处理和播种器速度的控制。试验结果表明,该控制系统运行稳定、效率高、控制精度高,满足此播种器的实际工作要求,具有一定的实用性和推广价值。
A controller for the precision magnetic drum-seeder was developed. The controller includes mathematical block ,auto-control block ,diving mechanism block and man-machine interface block. During seeding, it can collect data, process data and control the speed of drum-seeder. By experiment, the system is reliable, high efficiency and high precision. It can meet the working demand of the seedingmaching,and it has certain practicability and the value to popularize.
