采用弹性胀缩补偿件的烘干筒滚囤热应力计算

Thermal Stress Calculation of Drying Drum Using Elastic Compensation Parts

分析了采用弹性胀缩件的沥青混凝土搅拌机烘干筒滚圈内所产生的热应力分布规律,并且提出了这种情况下滚圈内热应力的计算方法。结果表明:设计时在烘干筒体和滚圈之间设置胀缩补偿元件,可改善滚圈受力均匀性,也可以使烘干筒受力均匀。

The thermal stress distribution of drying drum for asphalt mixer using elastic compensation parts is analyzed. The calculation method of internal thermal stress of drum is presented. The result shows that the compensation parts can improve the stress uniformity of drum.
