摘要
针对气体光纤传感器的检测原理,研究了一种全新的结合两种检测原理的瓦斯气体传感器系统。根据红外光谱吸收的方法,采用LED光源,将双波长差分检测结构与谐波检测原理结合起来。经实验表明,可提高系统的可靠性,降低系统误差。
In view of the detection principle of fiber-optical gas sensor, a new gas sensor system combing two detection principles is studied. According to the method of infrared spectrum absorption and the use of LED light source, the dual-wavelength differential detection structure and harmonic detection principle are adopted together. The examination shows that the method can improve the reliability of the system and reduce the system errors.
