摘要
对64例突发性聋随机分四组，分别用脉络宁、复方丹参、腹蛇抗栓酶及泛影葡胺，联合多种药物治疗。结果显示各组治疗的有效率无明显差异P＞0．05，但显效率差异显著P＜0．05．使用脉络宁、复方丹参、腹蛇抗栓酶三组对听力改善的程度较泛影葡胺组好。
Sixty-four patients with sudden hearing ioss were randomized into 4 groups. The every group was treated respectively with Mailuoning injection. Compound Danshen injection, Ahalysan-tinfarctasum and Meglucamine diatrizoate, at the same time treated with. other drugs. The results showed that the differance of effective rate for every group therapy was nonsignificant (p>0.05). but the difference of significant rate was significant (p<0.05).These results demonstrat that the preceding three drugs are better than the iast drug in improvement of hearing level.
