摘要
丹参为活血祛瘀通经之良药，有降低血液粘度，抗血小板凝集，扩张外周血管，改善微循环和局部代谢之功能。实验发现，脑及耳蜗血流量和动物供氧量均较吸入前显著增加。采用静脉滴注低分子右旋醣酐加复方丹参液辅以混合氧吸入治疗突发性聋85例，取得良好效果。
Salviae miltriorrhizae is a good drug of improvement of microcirculation, which reduce the blood adhesiveness, oppose the platelets aggregation, extened the small blood vessels and improve the blood microcirculation.It has been observed that Carbogen improve the blood flow and oxygen of brain and cochea. So that, dextran 40 low molecular, Salviae miltiorrhizae compositus and carbogen were used to treat the 85 patients with sudden deafness and acquired a better result.
