醒脾汤治疗鼻及咽喉部手术后脾困症的疗效观察

Observation of Result from Activating Spleen Decoction in Treating Invasion of Spleen by Dampness after Nose and Throat Operation

鼻及咽喉部术后常出现以纳食不香、餐后腹胀、口气秽浊、大便不畅、舌苔厚腻等脾困症症候，我们采用中药醒牌汤对其进行调理治疗，结果发现症候改善程度明显优于对照组，说明醒脾汤对鼻及咽喉部术后牌困症有较好的治疗作用，对促进患者术后康复具有一定的临床意义．

Greater improvement has been found in treating poor appetite, abdominal distention aftereating,reluctant bowel movements,thick and greasy tongue coating in syndrome of invading the spleen bydampenss occurring after the nose and throat operation with activating spleen decoction than that in thecontrol group without the decoction which indicates that Activating Spleen Decoction can produce bettertherapeutic result to the invasion of the spleen by dampness after nose and throat operation, thus it is ofclinical significance in prompting the recovery after the opreation.
