中山医院全科医学毕业后教育及评估的实践与探讨 被引量:23

摘要 目的探索在综合性教学医院进行全科医学毕业后教育(即全科医师规范化培训)的新型教学模式和评估方法。方法以高等院校临床医学本科毕业,致力于社区卫生服务工作的医师为培训对象,围绕病人的照顾、医学知识的掌握、实践中的学习和提高、人际交流、职业道德、立足于卫生保健系统的医疗行为这六方面的能力培养制定教育培训大纲和要求、相应的考核内容和评估方法。结果初步建立全科医师规范化培训的模式;制定相应的教学大纲、教学计划、教学管理文件和教学效果评估方法;主编、参编多部全科医师培训教材;有71名学员获得全科医师规范化培训合格证书。结论综合性教学医院有着得天独厚的教学条件,在全科医学的教育培训中应肩负起相应的责任。 Objective To explore a new education and assessment model of GPs' standard training in comprehensive teaching hospital, which corresponds with biological - psychological - social medical pattern. Methods Residents, graduated from medical university and willing to become GPs, were selected as training objects. A new series of regulations and precis of GPs' standard training as well as the methods of examination and assessment were created, based on six aspects involving patient care, medical knowledge, practice - based learning and improvement, interpersonal and communication skills, professional ethics and health- care system -based practice. Results Established the GPs' standard training model; designed training outline and scheme; formulated educational administration and assessing means; published several textbooks on GPs' training; 71 students have acquired the qualified certification for GPs' standard training in the past six years. Conclusion GPs' training leading in comprehensive teaching hospital will help to set up and perfect GPs' educational pattern.
