目前全世界范围内都非常重视慢性非传染性疾病(慢病)的防治,本文通过对慢病防治的原则、技术措施及其实施的条件和策略进行研究,探讨国内外慢病防治过程中的经验和存在的问题,对我国的慢病防治工作提出合理的建议。

Now the prevention and treatment of chronic diseases have been paid more attention worldwide, In this article, we study the principle for prevention and treatment of the chronic diseases, the technical measures as well as the condition and the strategy of their implementation, explore the experience and problems in the prevention and treatment at home and abroad, and then put forward some proposals.
