Health Management and Its Application in Chronic Non-infectious Disease

对慢性非传染性疾病(慢病)进行健康管理,不仅可以提高病人的生活质量而且可以降低医疗费用。目前,国内外已经大规模地开展了对慢病的健康管理的相关研究。现将相关研究从以下几个方面进行综述:健康管理的起源、定义及其在慢病中的实践研究与效果的评价。

To undertaking health management on chronic non - infectious diseases could not only raise the patients＇ life quality but also cut down the expense of medical service effectively. At present, lots of relative researches have been done at home and abroad. The overviewed are as follows： the origin and definition of health management, its practice and effect evaluation in chronic disease.
