Feasibility in Practice of AIDS/STD Prevention Service in Community Health Service Centers

本文探讨了以社区卫生服务中心为基地开展艾滋病/性病(AIDS/STD)预防服务的可行性。主要从社区卫生服务在AIDS/STD预防服务中的作用,社区医生在实施AIDS/STD预防控制中的优势,以及城市社区AIDS/STD预防服务的需求方面进行了综述,同时总结了在社区卫生服务工作中已进行的AIDS/STD预防活动的效果,为今后以社区服务中心为基地开展AIDS/STD预防服务提供依据。

In this article we study the feasibility in practice of integration of acquired immunodeficiency syndrome and sexually transmitted disease （AIDS/STD） prevention services into the daily work at community health centers （CHC）. We mainly review the important function of community health service in AIDS/STD prevention, the advantage of general practitioner in AIDS/STD prevention service, and the requirement of AIDS/STD prevention service in urban communities. At the same time, we summarize the effect of practice of AIDS/STD prevention services so as to provide basis for the further development of AIDS/ STD prevention services based on CHC.
