抗癫痫病的生酮饮食对大鼠运动能力影响的研究

摘要 目的:探讨生酮饲料对运动能力的影响。方法:依据等能量配对喂养原则,生酮组用生酮饮食喂养大鼠10d,每日训练大鼠被动跑步。训练3周后,进行耐力测试。结果:生酮饲料喂养大鼠的呼吸商显著低于用基础饲料的对照组(P<0.05);代谢率略高于对照组,但差异无显著性;生酮饲料干预动物与对照组动物在跑步距离和时间方面的能力差异无显著性。结论:生酮饮食对大鼠运动能力的影响不明显。 Objective:To observe the effect of ketogenic diet on exercise performance. Methods:Male Wistar rats (n=23) were divided into ketogenic group or control group randomly by body weight. The ketogenic group rats were fed ketogenic diet with same energy as the control group rats consumed everyday. After 10 days' pair feeding,all rats were exercised in running wheels, The training phase lasted 3 weeks,then performance test were carried out, Results:A decline in Respiratory quotient(RQ) was observed in ketogenic diet fed animals in comparison to chow fed animals (P〈 0.05), whilst energy expenditure (EE) did not differ. No significant difference were observed in running distance and lasting time, Conclusions :The impact of ketogenic diet on exercise capacity is little.
