3mm Small Incision Phacoemulsification Combined with Trabecutectomy

目的探讨3mm小切口超声乳化，后房折叠人工晶体植入联合小梁切除术治疗青光眼与白内障两种疾患并存的疗效。方法对43例（53眼）在小梁切除口同时完成白内障超声乳化，折叠人工晶体植入及抗青光眼手术。结果术后随诊时间平均22．4周。眼压维持在2.92kPa以下44眼，滴降压剂控制眼压的为8只眼，1只眼再次手术。平均眼压2．11kPa。40只眼视力矫正＞0．6，7只眼视力矫正0．1-0．5。术后3个月屈光检查，35只眼散光值为0．25－0．75D，9只眼散光值为1．00-1．25D，4只眼无散光。结论此术式具有手术切口小，操作简单，手术时间短，患者痛苦小，对眼损伤小，对房角小梁不产生破坏，术后眼压易控制，视力恢复快，并发症少等优点。

To evaluate the results of 3mm small incision phacoemulsification and implantation of a flexible silicone intraocular lens combined with trabecutecto my for glaucoma and cataract. Methods 43 patients (53 eyes) were performed trabecutectomy combined with phacoemulsification and implantation of a flexible silicone intraocular lens. Results The follow - up period averaged 22. 4 weeks. Intraocular pressure (IOP) of 44 eyes were <2.92kPa ;IOP of 8 eyes were controled by antiglaucoma medication; only l eye needed to retreat.IOP averaged 2. 11kPa. visual acuity ≥0. 6, and 0.10. 5 were 40 eyes and 7 eyes,respectively. At 3 months after operation, astigmatism <0. 25D, and 0.25 -0.75D, and 1.00-1. 25D were none, and 35 eyes and 9 eyes, respectively. Conclusion This operation have many advantages, which are incision small, surgical technique simple, operation time short,patients suffering little, the injure of ocular tissue little,angle trabecular no destroying, IOP control easy,visual acuity restoring fast, complication littlel.
