如何调动行业协会、学校和研发单位三者的积极性,使他们有机地结合在一起,为社会培养高素质的专业人才;如何在人才培养方案,培养模式,培养体系上精心进行人才培养改革;如何搭建产学研合作平台,理顺各种关系并有效运作,实现信息、技术、人才、资金等方面的资源互补,确定长远培养目标,形成出人才、出成果、出效益的良好局面,推动产学研合作模式的深入和发展,提供了可操作的运行模式。

This paper has provided the feasible running patterns from the following aspects： how to arouse the enthusiasm of the industrial associations, schools and research institutes, making them work together to train the high-quality specialized personnel; how to reform the personnel training mode and training system; how to establish the platform of production, learning, investigation cooperation and straighten out various relationships in order to realize mutual benefit in resources, such as information, technology, personnel, funds;how to create a new prospect to promote the development of production ,learning, investigation cooperation mode.
