20世纪初,面对动荡混乱的社会现实,知识分子们以"匹夫有责"之精神,探索寻求强盛国家、改造社会的道路——叶圣陶的小说《倪焕之》真实地反映了那个时代的风雨。在知识分子们普遍的反抗、逃离中,倪焕之的追求(行为)有其普遍中的特殊意义。"失败—构建—失败"的模式本身反映了当时的知识分子们、也包括作者的态度。

In the intellectuals universal revolt and flees, the behave of NI Huanzhi had special meaning. The pattern of ＂default -build-default＂ showed the attitude of intellectual including the author.
