摘要
钢绞线最大力伸长率是衡量其材料特性的一项重要力学性能指标,如何精确测量该指标是长期以来一直在探索的问题。设计出的测量钢绞线最大力伸长率的新系统,采用电测量数据与图像实时同步采集和图像序列变形分析相结合的方法,此方法在测量过程中,非接触测量试件的变形,克服了目前钢绞线测量中的弊端。实现了钢绞线最大力伸长率的测量,提高了测量的精度和可靠性。
Steel strand stretching is an important mechanics performance criterion for its material characteristic. How to measure this criterion accurately had been confused for long time. A new system which using electronic measuring data plus image real synchronized collect/on technical and image series deformation analysis method was designed to measure steel strand stretching. It overcame the measurement problems by using non-contact measurement method, realized measurement of steel strand stretching and enhanced the measurement accuracy and reliability.
