Aerofoil finish machining level measuring and control system based on configuration software and PLC

利用Modbus通信协议及工业控制计算机(IPC)、组态软件、可编程控制器(PLC)、位移传感器设计开发出机翼精加工水平测控系统。该系统实现了自动/手动自由切换控制、数据的集中管理、传感器的校正、故障报警及检测等多方面功能,为精加工的快速、精确、安全运行提供了保证。该系统投入运行后,较好地实现了工艺控制要求,测控过程稳定可靠,具有较高的性价比,是一种较经济的测控系统。

The paper introduced aerofoil finish machining level measuring and control system with the use of modbus protocol, industrial control computer, configuration software, PLC and sensor. The system realized functions such as manual/automatic control, data concentrative management, sensor calibration, fault alarm and diagnose. This system can ensure rapid, accurate and safe operation of aerofoil finish machining. The system is more economical in comparison with other field bus control system.
