纪念歌剧《原野》20周年演出，是中国爱乐乐团新乐季的一部重头戏。2007年12月9日晚，保利剧院人潮涌动。早已听过或从未听过歌剧《原野》原版首演的观众，满怀特殊而深厚的情结，纷纷前往。大堂里，作曲家金湘欢颜绽放，频频颔首。

The China Philharmonic' s a concert version of Wilderness on December 9,2007,celebrated the 20^(th) anniversary of the opera's premiere.Many in the audience were returnees who had actually heard the premiere two decades ago,and they entered the Poly Theatre with great anticipation.Wan Shanhong not only directed,but played the role of Jinzi;Sun Yu appeared as Chouhu,Zhang Xiaoling as Mother Jiao,Jin Zhengjian as Jiao Daxing,and Sun Jian as the younger Chouhu.Li Xincao,who once made a cameo appearance as Idiot Bai in the opera,conducted the performance.
